The City: Part II

Hello my little lambchops. I wanted to post a couple more pics from my day today for anyone in cyber-heights that cares.

Today we road the train into mid town from the heights again. We walked through Rockafeller Center and Radio City. We went to MOMA (Museum of Modern Art) on 53rd street to be culturally enriched. We are pretty arty people, I'm just gonna say it. But not even we could appreciate some of the rediculous "art" that that gallery holds. Afterwards we went to the grocery store then back to the Heights. When we got back to the apartment Tim had made the most delicioso dinner. And so ends another good day under the NYC sun.

The City

As promised here are some pictures I have been taking of my current excursion.


Here are a few pics of the beautiful apartment we are staying at in Washington Heights. It is gorgeous. It belongs to Erin's friends Jess & Tim. It is very rustic and homey. From outside the window it looks like that scene from Mary Poppins with the chimney sweeps. Our first morning we woke up and make some delicious oatmeal.

After we ate our breakfast we got dressed and prepared to head out. First things first though, we had to do a photo shoot on the fire escape. Naturally. We went to the west side to this quaint Bakery called "Magnolia Bakery", finishing the day stuffing our faces with cupcakes.

Well that's all I have right now but I will update more later kittens.

For the next five days Erin and I will be gallivanting around New York City. I will have my trusty camera and my MAC book so I am expecting to blog my daily goings on. More to come kittens, more to come. . .
